Refunds depend on a lot of things, (1) if it's defective and broke despite my packing I will refund if you provide pictures of the original envelope (damaged) and items in question (showing damage) within 24 hours of receiving, so that I can submit it to the USPS, I also will send you a shipping label to send it back to me, paid by me.
Buyers Remorse, is up to my discretion, I lose money when I cancel sales, Shopify still takes their fees, so I will refund sales MINUS 3% re-stocking fee. If the item has already shipped, I will only refund money AFTER receiving the item back and the 3% restocking fee still applies, the shipping is paid by you in the instance you change your mind.
